Akbar Jojeh is one of the most popular and delicious Iranian dishes, the originality of which belongs to the city of Gulugah. This delicious food is one of the most authentic Iranian dishes that has been invented by Ali Akbar Kalbadinejad.

Ingredients for 2 people
1 small chicken
Brewed saffron a quarter cup
100 grams of butter
1 onion
Garlic 4 cloves
Half a glass of lemon juice
Pomegranate paste half a glass
Enough salt and black pepper
1 glass of liquid oil

Akbar Chicken Recipe
first stage
To prepare Akbar delicious chicken, first wash the chicken, then divide it in two equal parts from the middle and place it in a large and spacious bowl. Note that in order to prepare Akbar Chicken, we should not remove the skin on the chicken in any way.

second stage
The important thing about Akbar Jojeh is that chicken restaurants use Akbar Jojeh, and if you want your Akbar Jojeh to be like a restaurant, be sure to use chicken, or at least use small chickens.

third level
Chop the onion into rings and add to the bowl containing the chicken. Then chop the garlic and add to the bowl. Then brew lemon juice with saffron and add some salt and black pepper to the bowl and mix the ingredients well.

The fourth step
Massage the flavoring ingredients by hand on all parts of the chicken meat so that the chicken meat tastes good. After that, cover the bowl with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours to flavor the chicken.

Step Five
Our advice is that whenever you want to make Akbar chicken, be sure to taste the chicken the night before. Flavoring chicken is one of the most important reasons that makes your chicken Akbar tastier and more delicious.

Step Six
Once the chicken is flavored, take it out of the fridge. Then put a suitable pot on the heat and add liquid oil to it. The temperature under the pot should be medium so that in addition to not burning oil, the chicken meat is cooked.

Step 7
Put the chicken pieces in hot oil and after both sides of the chicken pieces are golden and the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pot. In the next step, we have to fry the chicken in butter for about 5 minutes to make it more delicious.

Step eight
Of course, we can add butter to the pot containing oil to reduce the time so that the chickens are fried in a mixture of butter and oil. After the butter is eaten by the chicken, add some salt and black pepper.

Step IX
At this stage, after the chickens are completely fried and golden, we place them in a metal grid to remove excess oil. At the end, we put the chicken in the desired dish and serve it with saffron sauce and sour pomegranate paste.
